1. What if I need to return an item?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 5 minutes of placing it. After that, your order moves into processing and cannot be cancelled.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it for a full refund within 14 days after receiving it.

2. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your full refund back to your original payment method—as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

To ensure a smooth process, please send us your tracking information after shipping your return.

💡 Note: Banks typically take 3-5 business days to process refunds after approval.

3. Do I have to cover the return shipping costs?

Yes, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

4. What if I miss my delivery or refuse the package?

If a package is not accepted at delivery or left unclaimed at the post office, it will automatically be returned to our supplier. In such cases, a $15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. How do I return my order?

6. My order arrived damaged—what should I do?

We understand how frustrating this can be, and we’re truly sorry if your item was damaged during shipping.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of receiving your package so we can make it right. Unfortunately, after this period, we won’t be able to process a return.

To help us assist you quickly, please include clear photos showing:

  • The damaged or defective part of the item.
  • The product label (placed on a flat surface).

🔹 For defective items:

  • We will send you a free replacement the first time.
  • If the replacement is also defective, we will issue a full refund.

7. I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?

Mistakes happen! If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately so we can update it before your order is shipped.
